What is collected

• Template maker: your email address and receipt layout when you request a download or share link. Email addresses are not verified. Uploaded photos and artwork are not included in saved layouts; a finished download image passes through our server without being stored.
• Event enquiries: the name, email address, phone number, event details, and any message submitted through the contact form.
• Event-day guestbook entries: the photo and any optional note or drawing a guest submits at an event, for the host's digital guestbook and the guest's print.

How it is used

Template-maker contact details are used to follow up about your design and event. Your email is never included in public design links or analytics. Enquiry details are used to prepare event quotes and respond by email, phone or WhatsApp. They are not used for unrelated marketing. Guestbook entries are used to produce the guest's print and to build the host's digital guestbook for that event. Guestbook pages are not indexed by search engines and are only reachable by guests and the host with the event link.

Retention and requests

Template-maker contact records are kept in our application database for 90 days. Follow-up correspondence in our mailbox is kept while needed to handle your enquiry. Shared layout links remain available until deletion is requested. Enquiry and event data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the booked event and to meet Monotone's own record-keeping needs.
